The original design of the Cut & Picker was to cut the seal on Prescription bottles and "pick" out the cotton.
In later years the name was changed to the Orange Pealer & Scraper
Pre-Owned - Could stand cleaning, some scratches on handles from storage, but doesn't look like the blades have ever been used
